Its extensive focus on the biomechanics and motor control of equilibrium is presented in an interactive, practical and engaging format that will give new meaning to balance training. Consisting of self-paced e-learning and workshop experiences, this course will prepare the fitness professional to develop balance programming solutions for a wide range of clients, from active seniors to high level athletes.
